How it Works
How is the program delivered?
The program is delivered entirely online. It can be completed using a computer or mobile device; however, it is recommended that all 360-degree video scenarios be completed on a computer. The 360-degree videos can be viewed through a virtual reality headset, though this is not required.
How long is the program?
- 7 lessons and 3 interactive practice scenarios
- 4 – 5 hours to complete
How do I enroll users?
If you are purchasing for a group, such as a school, after purchasing your desired number of uses (i.e., number of students) of the program, you will be taken to an administrative website. From there, you will individually enroll users with their email address. You can enroll users one at a time or upload a spreadsheet of users at once to avoid entering in each address manually.
Tips for Implementation
- Make completing Plan My Ride a prerequisite for a parking pass for parking on your campus or attending prom, the homecoming, or school dance.
- Add Plan My Ride to your courses in driver’s education or health class
- Provide extra credit for completing Plan My Ride
